No, we believe in performance-based contracts, which means that we have to earn your business every month. For one time services such as Move out cleaning and other individual cleaning services, there is nothing to sign. however we do need to make any contract with ongoing jobs, such as daily and weekly cleaning, office cleaning and restaurant cleaning we have you sign an agreement that outlines the services to be provided, the frequency, price, and payment terms. The agreement also states that either party may discontinue service with a 30-day notice.
We bill you once a month and you can send us a cheque, pay online or pre authorized credit cards.
No, you do not have too. For business we can also make arrange your daily supplies during contract, from garbage bags to soups and paper towels.
We cover all greater Vancouver area.
Each quote is tailored to your home or business and how you use it and because we offer additional services, no quote will be the same.
